Friends of Jack & Jill Children's Center
Our Helping Hands
The purpose of Friends is to provide Jack & Jill Children’s Center with financial support, volunteer services, program assistance and community awareness. The organization, established in 2001 provides a long-term base of support that allows the Center to provide child care scholarships so parents can continue to work knowing their children are in a safe and nurturing environment. Many parents who work at low wage jobs can remain on the waiting list for subsidized child care for many months or may not qualify for subsidized care at all.
Friends help to fulfill this need by raising money through membership drives and special events. The Friends have proudly raised more than $1,000,000 for Jack & Jill!
