The Beneficiary: Jack & Jill Center
All proceeds for this event will benefit 501(c)3 nonprofit, Jack & Jill Center. Jack & Jill Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community-based organization that provides comprehensive, holistic, wraparound support services to children of high-need parents who work or attend school in order to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. Established in 1942 as a nursery school by the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Jack & Jill Center is the oldest nonprofit provider of early childhood education in Broward County, and at its core, its critical work has remained the same since its inception: serving families—primarily women-led households, educating children, and both supporting and advocating for families and the South Florida community.
Jack & Jill Center has been making a difference in South Florida since 1942—80 years! Celebrate with us by going back to the 80s! Enjoy unlimited cocktails, dinner, and dancing with live musical entertainment by the Marcia Mitchell Band on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 6:30 to 11:00 PM at Coral Ridge Yacht Club (2800 Yacht Club Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33304). Party goes are welcome to attend in cocktail attire, but are given a hall pass to celebrate the theme by wearing quintessential 80s fashion. By giving to this event you’ll be supporting Jack & Jill Center, ensuring that we can serve children and families in our community for many more years to come.
