Introducing the 13Fifteen Kitchen
Jack & Jill Center’s commercial kitchen space is now operating as a ghost kitchen for local culinary businesses offering off-premises consumption. With the completion of the Madelaine Halmos Academy in the fall of 2021, our Food Services team transitioned to serving the entire Jack & Jill Center campus from MHA’s kitchen. Their move left behind an empty but functional commercial kitchen in our Early Education Center, and created the opportunity to foster new community partnerships… Introducing the 13Fifteen Kitchen! We are thrilled to offer this space to growing food businesses in our community and, at the same time, create a revenue stream that supports the children and families of Jack & Jill Center.
A Unique Opportunity to Connect
We know that small locals businesses are often looking for ways to connect with their community. The 13Fifteen Kitchen offers a unique opportunity for partnership through education, nutrition and a love for good food! For 13Fifteen Kitchen tenants who wish to make that connection with our school community, Jack & Jill Center is willing to work together to create fun and innovation opportunities for 13Fifteen Kitchen chefs and our students.
