Open Positions:

  • Teacher

Description: To provide a warm, nurturing, safe and loving environment where self-concepts are enhanced, independence is encouraged, and individuality respected under the guidance of the Lead Teacher

Required Education: Associate’s Degree in Early Education or Related field; Certification of a National CDA and experience in group care of unrelated children less than six years of age; and 45 DCF child care hours completed

Required Experience: One or more years of experience

  • Lead Teacher

Description: To create and maintain a developmentally appropriate classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and to provide positive educational experiences for all students

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Preschool Education (Birth-Age 4) or Early Childhood Education

Required Experience: One or more years of experience in a program for preschool children

  • School Counselor
    The school counselor is responsible for utilizing leadership, advocacy, and collaboration to promote student success, provide preventive services, and respond to identified student needs by implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that addresses academic and social-emotional development for all students.
    The school counselor has an important role on the educational leadership team working towards ensuring the best learning environment for students. The school counselor provides valuable assistance to parents, students and staff at all academic levels.
  • Business Development Manager
    This position is responsible for seeking out opportunities and developing and implementing initiatives to identify, cultivate and solicit prospects to ensure a strong base of ongoing financial support to the center. The Manager is entrusted with responsibility for the recognition and stewardship of individual major givers and helping to manage the corporate partner program.
