- Description: Jack & Jill Children’s Center is looking for Teachers for their NAEYC accredited Early Education program that serves infants and children, ages 6-weeks through 5-years-old. Jack & Jill implements creative curriculum and uses continuity of care models with low students to teacher ratios to promote the highest quality of care. Ideal candidates help to provide a warm, nurturing safe, and loving environment while aiding in the evaluation of social and emotional childhood development, as well as physical well-being.
- Required Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D.; 45 DCF Child Care Hours; Minimum 60 credit hours in Early Childhood Education/ Elementary Education or a related field; Experience in a group care setting with unrelated children less than six-years-old; National CDA and/ or and Associate Degree in Early Education or a related field (preferred); A valid driver’s license to drive and operate school vans for off-site field trips (preferred); Level 2 Background Check/ Fingerprinting to be completed before start date
