Denise Athis
Director of People and Culture
Denise brings more than 10 years of experience in the development of people and organizations to her position as Director of People and Culture. Prior to joining Jack & Jill Center, she served in multiple roles at human services organization Branches, Inc. — most recently as Associate Director of Human Resources. Denise has found success in motivating teams and individuals resulting in sustained high performance. As an HR professional, she is recognized for her facilitation in structured learning settings and has trained leaders at the both local and national levels. Through service, she champions and empowers leadership development as a trusted mentor and coach within the organization. Denise holds a BA in Business Management from Florida International University.
