Planned Giving

The GIFT Society, Giving Incredible Futures Today

The GIFT Society of Jack & Jill Center was established to recognize our friends who are helping provide for the long-term financial security of our organization. We are fortunate to have such a caring group of supporters whose thoughtful gifts will provide a sound financial foundation for Jack & Jill Center’s future.

The simplest planned gifts to support Jack & Jill Center’s future are bequests. Some options you might consider include:

  • Cash Bequest: Designate a specific dollar amount or percentage of assets for Jack & Jill Center in your will.

  • Contingent Bequest: List Jack & Jill Center as the beneficiary in the event of the death of all other beneficiaries.

  • Real Property Bequest: Donate real property or the proceeds of real estate sold to Jack & Jill Center.

  • Residuary Bequest: Direct whatever is remaining from your estate to Jack & Jill Center once all else has been paid off and satisfied.

  • Retirement Bequest: List Jack & Jill Center as the beneficiary of your retirement plan, including IRAs, tax-sheltered annuities, qualified pension or profit-sharing plan.

  • Insurance Policies: List Jack & Jill Center as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy.

  • Securities Bequest: Donate securities or the proceeds of securities sold to Jack & Jill Center.

You should discuss this legacy opportunity with your advisers and attorneys and might consider the following suggested wording:

“I give and bequeath the sum of $    (or  % of my estate) to Jack & Jill Children’s Center, Inc., 1315 West Broward Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 to be used in support of its charitable mission.”
