Reenrollment - Jack & Jill Center

Dear Parents,

It is time to begin registration process for our upcoming 2023-2024 school year! If you would like to secure your child’s space, kindly complete and submit this form ASAP. Please be advised there is an annual registration fee of $75.00 that will be charged to your account. The $75.00 registration fee is per family and covers all children currently enrolled at Jack and Jill. If you submit your form by the deadline, the annual registration fee will be reduced to $35.00.

IMPORTANT: If your child will not be returning for our upcoming school year, please complete the form below with his/her estimated last date of attendance. Classroom space is limited and we cannot guarantee space will be available without the completed pre-registration form AND payment of the annual registration fee.
